Workplace Investigation

As an SHRM certified Investigator my goal is to conduct good faith investigations, by thoroughly collecting clear and convincing data/evidence, to make reasonable conclusions.

I begin every process by defining the objective of the investigation and exploring the issues to understand the layers and complexities of the problem and determine if an investigation is required.

As an expert and trusted advisor, I collaborate with clients to achieve the best results, quickly resolve business, and people challenges, mitigate potential litigation, and do this effectively on the first engagement.

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is an important tool for leaders, executives, and even entire organizations to help them reach their goals and maximize their performance.

Executive coaching provides personalized guidance, feedback and support from an experienced coach who can help an executive develop their skills, identify, and set goals, and provide accountability for progress.
